With our baby in-tow last May we began bouncing from Sales Centre to Sales Centre as most people do, but once we reached Horizons of Oshawa we knew that we had found a very special place.

Sheri Ward greeted us with her personable, laid back style. She allowed us to browse through the models and floor plans uninterrupted for hours on multiple occasions. With Sheri, there was never any pressure, but you knew that if you had a question she was right there to answer anything. Her knowledge of Liza Communities, the models, floor plans and home finishes was unparalleled.

During construction, we frequently went out to our lot to monitor the progress of our house. On numerous occasions, David was able to speak to Doug. He was friendly, courteous and pleasant. Doug continually displayed his professionalism by taking time to answer our questions without delay, listen to our concerns and most importantly accommodate our requests. As a result, Doug allowed us to feel reassured throughout the construction process.

He handled these situations very tactfully. He always responded immediately to any voice messages we left for him. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He had no problem making a decision. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Liza designs beautiful homes. Having  good customer service agents can only enhance this type of business.

From the first contact with the Liza sales representative, Cindy, to the follow-up work after closing the deal, Liza has been a first rate company to work with. Cindy facilitated selection the options for my home, gave me practical advice on carpets and cabinetry and was most accommodating in ensuring I was able to select an end lot, which was priority for me.

The quality of the Liza home is very high standard, yet their prices were extremely competitive with the Oshawa-Whitby market.

Heritage Village
I am writing this email to let you know about the great experiences we have had so far dealing with the staff at Liza Communities. We first started looking for a home in the summer and went into the Heritage office where we met Clare. We really appreciated his assistance and style as a salesperson. He let us put a lot on hold while we made up our mind.

To help us make up our mind we went out check out the show homes at Folkstone. We were very impressed with the homes there and met Sam and Anna. Both were excellent to deal with and very helpful.

We also went and visited Melanie at your décor centre – Melanie convinced us that we should buy a Liza home. She was very helpful and eager to show us some of the options. This was the info we needed to make up our mind. Since then we have chatted with Melanie on a few questions and she is always very responsive. We appreciate the customer service!
