During the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), our representative will record the items that you find on a PDI Form to acknowledge that the conditions existed prior to you moving into the home.
Why PDI?
It is your best opportunity to learn from our representative how to operate your home’s systems (such as ventilation, plumbing, heating, or electrical).
How long does it take?
It generally takes 60 to 90 minutes to complete a full Pre-Delivery Inspection.
What kinds of things should I be looking for?
You should identify any pre-possession damage, incomplete or missing items, as well as anything that is not operating properly, and have these items notes on the PDI Form.
What happens to the PDI Form?
Once the PDI Form has been complete and signed, our representative will give you a copy for your records. We will submit the original form to the Warranty Program.
